The Alliance of Divine Love, Inc. (ADL) was incorporated as a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Interfaith Ministry on July 25, 1971. ADL was birthed to feed a need of creating unity while training, supporting and legally ordaining Ministers into a body that allowed for diversity of beliefs.
Currently, the National Headquarters is located in Flat Rock, North Carolina.
The Florida Chapter of ADL was incorporated in 1974 as a way of expanding the ideals held by ADL Co-Founders Rev. Dr. Barbara Selwa and the late Rev. Dr. Barbara Hanshaw.
The Florida Chapter is overseen by an elected Board of Trustees, comprised of seven Trustees and two Alternate Trustees, all of whom are ordained ministers through ADL.
The Board is dedicated to supporting Florida's ADL Ministers and Ministerial Students, and to developing projects, programs and events to expand Divine Love to local communities and beyond.
To pursue unity and a common purpose so that our energies and time will be well spent.
To seek and share knowledge that promotes spiritual and mental growth while insuring stability and balance.
With wisdom and joy, teach and put into practice a philosophy of life that inspires and brings out the true beauty of the soul, sharpens the mind, and renders us master of our destiny and of greater service to our fellow man.
To learn and share the secrets of the purest kind of love that leaves no room for fear, adds fulfillment and quality to life, and perfects each individual.
All proceeds support Children's Home Society of Florida.
